If you honestly think adding more people to the project won't get it finished faster, you clearly need to rethink things a bit. Let's say you're working on a game. What would be most productive, having one programmer working on everything, or having one programmer working on programming certain aspects of the game, such as physics, while another programmer focuses on another aspect of the game, such as geometry programming?
