Have you heard of blub.com? I used it to create some photo albums from Flickr and the final result is quite impressive. if I’m not mistaken they also offer you a marketplace so that you don’t have to worry about having a store to sell it.

I would totally buy a hard copy of the first year, I just recently started reading the comic and love it, I would gladly catch up with a hard copy over the soft copy.
